Permission is granted to electronically publish, publish in hard copy and broadcast these satellite images which are readily available on our website in an "as-is" condition, with proper attribution to CRISP is provided for each and every use and while the image is displayed. The licensee may archive and reuse imagery as long as credit is given each and every time.

Imagery may not be sold, distributed or reproduced in any form without obtaining written permission from CRISP. On a case-by-case basis, CRISP may grant permission for a distinct and proper credit in a credit roll.

For IKONOS Imagery

Any use of the images in electronic, hardcopy print or broadcast must include the following credit reasonably conspicuously displayed next to or on the image.

For GEOEYE-1 Imagery

Any use of the images in electronic, hardcopy print or broadcast must include the following credit reasonably conspicuously displayed next to or on the image.

CRISP explicitly reserves the right to request users to immediately remove from their publication, any imagery which originates from the Centre. CRISP shall not be liable to any form of compensation should this occur.
