This is an example of the modern landscaped multifaceted coastal resorts in Southeast Asia. The coast has been modified to form sheltered bays and beaches, the width of the latter being revealed in the falling tide. A shallow amusement pool and buildings related to marine sports are seen back of the beach. Towards the southeast, a fast highway approaches the resort. The golf course of the resort and a sports complex occupy a large area back of beach towards the southwest. The multicoloured square roofs next to a water body and the neighbouring bigger units nearer the beach indicate the residential accommodation. Next to the rooms are the parking lots and atrium-type arrangements.
