Job Opportunities

The Centre for Remote Imaging, Sensing and Processing (CRISP) was established in late 1992 to meet the operational, business and scientific remote sensing needs of Singapore and the region. CRISP operates a high-tech satellite ground station which tracks, receives and processes data from remote sensing satellites for distribution to users. CRISP also has active research programmes on optical, infrared and microwave remote sensing data processing and applications. Currently, CRISP's research is focused on the processing and applications of very high spatial resolution imagery, optical and infrared data with many spectral bands and multiple polarization synthetic aperture radar. The research areas include high precision mapping, feature extraction, stereo processing and 3D modelling, ocean and coastal zone applications, vegetation and landcover mapping, urban development, and environmental monitoring.
